A good hair care regimen will ensure proper hair growth. This means washing hair frequently to keep it clean and get rid of excess oil. Using a mild shampoo and conditioner is best. If you’re using for the first time a product that causes hair fall, then it only signals that it’s not right for you.
Have your trimmed every month or every two months depending on your preference. Regular trimming actually helps grow hair faster. If you’re aiming for long hair, let your trim it only a half inch or lesser on a regular basis.
Getting a hot oil massage is another good option. This will help stimulate your hair follicles and promote a healthier hair growth.

Aloe vera and coconut milk are very effective. You can use them to massage your scalp and hair. Leave them for 15 to 30 minutes or you can leave them overnight as well.

To make a homemade conditioner, you can use plain avocado or mix it with eggs and wheat germ oil.
